1. Standard Cancellation Policy
At Sterling Hotel Puri, we offer 24x7 flexible check-in and check-out. Cancellations are evaluated according to the timeline prior to your scheduled check-in time:

2. Peak Season & Festival Bookings
During peak holiday periods—including Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, New Year (Dec 20 – Jan 5), and Puri Rath Yatra—all reservations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
3. Date Modifications & Amendments
- 7+ Days Notice: One date amendment is allowed free of charge, subject to room availability and rate difference.
- Within 7 Days: Date changes are treated as a cancellation and will follow standard cancellation fees.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through bank transfer or credited back to the original source card / account within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
5. Early Check-Out & Partial Stays
In the event of an early departure before the scheduled check-out date, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
6. Force Majeure & Severe Weather
In cases of natural disasters, cyclones, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions affecting Puri beach safety, Sterling Hotel will issue a 100% Credit Voucher valid for 6 months toward future bookings.
